Zero stars really ...Very DISAPPOINTED...Brownie sundae and churro caramel sundae. Brownie hard ...Neither a plastic nor metal spoon could cut through it. Little to no caramel on churro sundae. Will Not patronize the Avenue at White Marsh location again...at $ 5.99 each...a waste of money

I love Cold Stone period. I am an all year ice cream eater. I love the variety and freshness of add ins. This location is quaint, service is fast and workers are super patient. Love Love Love it!

DON'T TRUST THE READY-TO-GO CAKES!! I went in to grab a cake for my fiance's birthday because I know he likes the standard ready-to-go flavors anyway. Wanted something with more mass appeal than the Midnight, and we're so tired of the Cookies-n-Cream compromise. Would have grabbed Cookie Dough, but it has yellow cake and the chocolate cake part is a must. There it was, the "perfect" cake - Mocha Pie Mojo, the Manager's Choice flavor. Sounded awesome - coffee ice cream, cookie crumbs, peanut butter, and - best of all - CHOCOLATE CAKE. Grabbed it, paid for it, didn't get it personalized because I had a tube of frosting at home and a line was forming, it was Labor Day and hot after all. Got it home (the perfect drive for thawing), put on the letters and called everyone in. Sliced into that gorgeous baby and WHAT??? Yellow cake. Epic Fail. Not happy. Why bother doing a special flavor if you can't do what the ingredients say?? Why not mark it out and write yellow cake so that someone knows?? Really disappointed.

I don't usually indulge in Coldstone. It often sits heavy because the ice cream is pretty much all cream. But on occasion I get the craving and brave the crowds at the avenue to come get it. I have always encountered friendly staff, and the flavors aren't rediculously diverse, but it's the toppings you put inside that make your ice cream interesting. If you've never been, they scoop the ice cream out and you ask for toppings and they mix it right on the frozen countertop. Kind of an interesting concept. I'd give it 3.5 if I could. Not quiiiiiiiiite middle of the road but not the best ice cream I've ever had. That title still belongs to Brooms Bloom in Harford Co.

Quite literally the WORST life has to offer. Awful customer service. Poor effort. Lost. Confused. I can't begin to think of how many times I walk by and the line never moves. Praying my daughter doesn't want ice cream. And it's so bad for you. Sugar is a killer.

This Cold Stone is ALWAYS super busy. The ice cream is always pretty good in my opinion. I always get the same thing, though - Birthday cake remix or a Cake n Shake with strawberries added in. There are better ice cream establishments in Baltimore, but this one is alright if you are in White Marsh and feel like waiting in line forever.

I ordered a custom birthday cake on Dec24th for a 31st Birthday party. I received a confirmation through my email saying white marsh Cold Stone confirmed my order to be picked up 1/1/14 at 12 pm. We arrived at 1:00pm and the cake was never made. I am extremely disappointed as I promised a cake made exactly as my relative ordered. Someone dropped the ball big time. I do appreciate the store member Doing everything he could to make it right. It was not his fault and he did what he could to make the situation a little better. I received my money back and he took my info. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Stick with a bakery.
